Pasteurization Monitor Computer

The PPMC (Portable Process Monitor Computer) was designed to monitor pasteurization processes inside tunnel pasteurizers. Equipped with two probes, it monitors both the ambient and product temperatures, can compute the "PUs" (Pasteurization Units), and print a gaph and/or chart directly to a printer without having to be downloaded to another computer.

Our newest computer, the PM-2000 offers the features of the PPMC plus additional features including a powerful software package. These two PU computers have a unique feature of an LCD readout mounted in the top to permit the operator to see the results of the survey without having to download to a PC or printer.
